Germany To Edge Switzerland In UEFA Nations League Fixture On Tuesday 13th Of October.

The Nations League continues this week and one of the fixtures on Tuesday 13th of October when Germany host Switzerland at the Rhein Energie Stadion, Cologne.

Germany defeated Ukraine 2-1 away from home last weekend. It was their first victory in the group following a 1-1 draw at home to spain and a 1-1 draw away to Switzerland respectively.

Germany are undefeated in their last 9 matches and that includes each of their last 5 at home, 3 of those games ended in draws against Argentina, Spain and Turkey and both teams have scored in each of those 3 matches. Their was also over 3.5 goals scored in 2 of those matches.

Switzerland started their campaign with a 2-1 defeat away to Ukraine and they were able to force a draw when they hosted Germany in a fixture that saw 1-1 draw. Their recent fixture was this last weekend against Spain which Switzerland lost the game by a single goal to nil.

Switzerland have failed to win any of their last 4 games. They have only won one of their last 6 away matches and both teams have scored in 4 of those 6 games.

Germany starting lineup could feature any of Kai Havertz, Timo Werner, Emre Can and Julian Brandt since its going to be Germany's third fixture in this international break.

Switzerland may go with similar starting line-up to that of their last match against Spain when they narrowly lost 1-0 to Spain.

PREDICTION: THE GAME COULD END IN A DRAW BUT GERMANY ARE FAVORITES TO WIN AND I FANCY BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE.
